I have grown into a passion for health and wellness dating way back when I was a multi-sport athlete and then a collegiate athlete. Fast forward five years later, I’m now a certified personal trainer through ISSA and currently undergoing a nutrition certification. I am passionate about helping women ditch healthy phases and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. I train women from all parts of the country to change their outlook on building healthy habits and routines through daily movement. I offer 1-1 online training plans (upon availability), that are geared toward your goals specifically. This three month package includes workouts through a private desktop app, weekly 1-1 consultations, and a detailed, individualized plan.
